March Market

We’re excited to host our March Market, celebrating women’s history month! We'd love to have you join us as a BIPOC & woman owned business! Our community was created to help empower, uplift and support your talents and crafts. Please fill out the application below to be considered as a vendor. After the applications close we will send out emails with further details and next steps.


Market Date: Saturday, March 22, 2024  

Time: 10:00AM - 3:00PM  

Location: TBD* (Confirming with location and will update asap)


*Important COVID precautions: We will notify you if there is a chance that we may need to cancel or reschedule the market due to the state shut down with restrictions. We commit to create a safe environment during setup and takedown.

Vendor Fees and Pricing: Once you have been selected to participate as a vendor we will send you an invoice via email, with all of the booth fee’s and event details including payment info.

Booth Sizes & Pricing:
 4 x 3 child vendor = $60 (must be youth under 18yrs accompanied by adult)

4 x 3 service based booth = $85 (*SERVICES ONLY NO PRODUCTS, ie. non profit org, etc.)
 4 x 3 = $110
 6 x 3 = $135

10 x 3 =$160                               

Please provide your own tables, chairs, setup and display. We DO NOT provide any tables or chairs. Tables and display accessories are not included in the vendor booth fee. You are allowed to share a booth and you'll be responsible to coordinate sharing the space (tables/ chairs) with another business. When sharing you are required to inform us and the additional business will need to complete an application.

Payment Info: Payment for the booth fees are due within 48 hours of receiving acceptance invoice. Payments can be made directly via invoice. Payment must be made in order to guarantee your spot for this event. Failure to make payment will forfeit your spot and will hinder your placement in participating in future markets. 

*Discount- If you've received a coupon with a discount on your booth fee, please contact us so we can deduct the discount amount from your total before you submit your booth fee payment.
 
Refunds: We do not provide refunds for booth fee’s. If you can no longer attend an event, communicate with us. We are happy to move your booth fee to the next upcoming market. In the event of a state emergency and we are shut down from COVID, we will return your entrance fee.
